隐私政策
译亿AI（以下简称“本应用”）是一款 iOS 端的情景式 / 对话式翻译工具。我们高度重视你的隐私。
本应用的翻译、语音识别、说话人分离与图片识别全部由内置端侧模型在你的设备上完成；你输入的文字、语音与图片不会发送给任何 AI 服务，也不会上传到任何服务器。本应用没有任何自有服务器，开发者不收集、不存储、不上传你的任何个人数据。
1. 我们如何处理你的数据
- 文字 / 图片翻译：全部由设备本地的内置离线模型与词典处理，用于生成译文/回答，不会离开你的设备。
- 语音识别：录音、转写与说话人分离全部在设备本地完成（端侧模型），录音与转写内容不会上传到任何服务器；转写出的文字再走上面的本地翻译流程。
- 位置信息：仅在你授权后获取。用于：①每次发送时把位置记入仅保存在本机的「安全与记录」行程日志（供你自查）；②（可选）把粗略经纬度发送给天气服务以显示当地天气，城市名由 Apple 系统地理编码服务解析。位置信息不会发送给任何 AI 服务。
- 会话历史：你的对话、录音、图片仅保存在设备本地（iOS SwiftData / 沙盒），可随时删除。
2. 第三方服务
为实现功能，本应用可能与以下服务通信（仅传输实现该功能所必需的数据，均不含你的翻译/对话内容）：
- Open-Meteo（天气，可选）：仅接收粗略经纬度，不含任何身份信息。
- Apple 系统服务：地理编码（坐标→城市名）由 iOS 系统完成，遵循 Apple 隐私政策。
- 模型与字典托管服务（可选，如 Hugging Face）：仅在你主动下载可选的端侧模型或离线字典时访问，用于下载文件，下载请求不包含你的任何输入内容。
除上述之外，本应用不与任何第三方共享你的信息，也不出售任何数据。你的翻译内容不会发送给任何第三方 AI 服务。
3. 我们不做的事
- 不把你的任何内容发送给任何第三方 AI 服务（本应用不集成任何云端 AI 服务）。
- 不使用任何广告 SDK、第三方分析/统计 SDK。
- 不使用 IDFA、不进行跨 App 跟踪。
- 不为开发者收集或回传任何数据（本应用无后端）。
4. 你的控制权
- 可在 iOS「设置 → 译亿AI」中随时撤销麦克风、定位、相册、语音识别等权限。
- 可在应用内删除任意会话/录音/图片。
- 无需注册账号，卸载应用即清除本地数据。
5. 儿童
本应用非面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
6. 变更
隐私政策如有更新，将在本页面更新生效日期。
Privacy Policy
译亿AI (“the App”) is an iOS situational / conversational translation tool. We take your privacy seriously.
All translation, speech recognition, speaker separation, and image recognition run entirely on your device using bundled on-device models. Your text, voice, and images are never sent to any AI service or uploaded to any server. The App has no servers of its own; the developer does not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data.
1. How we handle your data
- Text / image translation: processed entirely by on-device bundled offline models and dictionaries to produce translations/answers; your input never leaves your device.
- Speech recognition: recording, transcription, and speaker separation all run on-device; audio and transcripts are never uploaded to any server. The transcribed text then follows the local translation flow above.
- Location: accessed only with your permission, to: (a) log each send’s location into a trip journal stored only on your device (for your own review); (b) optionally send approximate coordinates to a weather service to show local weather, with city names resolved by Apple’s system geocoding. Location is never sent to any AI service.
- Conversation history: your chats, recordings, and images are stored only on your device (iOS SwiftData / sandbox) and can be deleted anytime.
2. Third-party services
To provide features, the App may communicate with the following services (transmitting only what that feature requires — never your translation or conversation content):
- Open-Meteo (weather, optional): receives approximate coordinates only, with no identifying information.
- Apple system services: geocoding (coordinates → city name) is performed by iOS under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Model / dictionary hosting services (optional, e.g. Hugging Face): accessed only when you actively download an optional on-device model or offline dictionary; used solely to download files. Download requests contain none of your input.
Beyond the above, the App shares no information with any third party and sells no data. Your content is never sent to any third-party AI service.
3. What we do NOT do
- No content of yours is ever sent to any third-party AI service (the App integrates no cloud AI service).
- No advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics SDKs.
- No IDFA, no cross-app tracking.
- No data collected or sent back to the developer (the App has no backend).
4. Your controls
- Revoke microphone, location, photos, and speech-recognition permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
- Delete any conversation/recording/image inside the App.
- No account required; uninstalling removes local data.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated.
